Although the Artists grant Blackbird Prints the right to display their art on this site for the purpose of selling prints of the work, the Artists retain copyright of the original artwork.

All work submitted must be the artists' own work, and while selling through Blackbird Prints they must retain copyright ownership of the original art. It is the Artist's responsibility to inform Blackbird Prints of alterations in copyright ownership.

Artwork may need to be modified in preparation for reproduction, for example, size modification or colour adjustment.

Unauthorised reproduction, alteration and distribution of all imagery on this website will lead to prosecution.
