If you are unsatisfied with the print you have received from Blackbird Prints for any reason you can return it in its original condition for a replacement or full refund within thirty days of the purchase date. Should you have any questions concerning its return please do not hesitate to contact us at info@blackbirdprints.com.
1. Send an email to returns@blackbirdprints.com to let us know that you intend to return the print. Please add your order number and the reason for its return. An email showing the order number is required before the return can be authorised. Any unauthorised returns will not be processed.
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in original packaging and send to:
